| Some people are meant to play golf and go home, others cook
out or go bowling. Me, been traveling for the last 50
years and hope to continue for many more. The early
internet led to some confusion with finding what you were
looking for. Well, those days came, left and now there
back.
How many times when you're searching for something
and all you get are those lousy sites with a zillion ads and popups? Makes me irritated and my wife goes crazy and gets
mad. All because she and I cannot find what we want
because of all the industrialized websites out there that is
causing confusion and wasting a lot of people's time.
So, I am building this website to rank and provide shortcut
links to some of my favorite travel sites that I have seen, used
or booked with in the past. Disclosure? OK. I have
built websites for a few years and I may even put one or two of
the ones that I have something to do with in here. Maybe I
am the webmaster or content contributor. But, like I said,
it is my site and I will try to be as fare as I can.
I would really like for you travel folks to send me any sites
you want me to look at. Please no industrialized content
grabbers with no human touch. There are still some great
sites that have a personal feel and can help us all.
The
email address is in an image so we can reduce the amount of junk
email we get from the people out there that love to send junk
emails out. I have a hard time believing that people
actually fall for some of the unwanted email proposals I get.
Please be very careful with phishing and giving anyone personal
information online, unless the have a secured site (https) in
the address bar and you know who your dealing with.
So, let me hear from you if you have something to say.
I am getting ready for two big cruises to finish out this year
and toying with a world cruise in 2010 or 2011. The cruise
lines really need to sell some cabin space and now is a great
time to save some money and get some real value for our
deflating dollar.
Wishing you the best from Santa Cruz, CA. USA.
